Your order is handed to the carrier one day after it is placed and reaches you within 3–5 business days at most. You have an unconditional right to return or exchange within 15 days. If you simply change your mind or the size does not fit, the return shipping cost is paid by the CUSTOMER. For faulty items (tears, defects) the return and exchange shipping is paid by the SELLER.
