How do I join Lemaye Club?
Membership is free. Just create an account on lemaye.com; your Lemaye Club membership starts automatically with your account. If you already have an account, there's nothing else to do.
How do I earn points?
Every order you place while signed in turns into points. The amount depends on your order total and the multiplier of your current tier. You can see the current earning rules in the "How Do I Earn Points?" section on this page.
How do tiers work?
Your tier is based on the total points you've collected. When you reach a tier's threshold you move up and your multiplier increases. You can see your current tier and the points left to the next one in the Lemaye Club section of your account page.
How do I use my points?
At checkout, choose how many points to use and they are deducted from your order total as a discount.
Do my points expire?
Point validity is set by the programme rules. You can see the expiry date of every points movement in the Points History table on your account page.
What happens to my points if I return an order?
Points earned from a returned order are deducted from your account, and points you spent on it are restored according to the programme rules. These movements are also listed in your Points History.
Where can I see my points and tier?
After signing in, you can see your total points, tier, progress and all points movements from the Lemaye Club card on your account page or on this page.
